I received a call from the manager where my rv is stored that the driver???s side window was broken. Found nocus via a google search, called the number, talked to a live person and set up a time the following day for an on-site install. Tech called me em route (actually a few minutes early), met me at the location and within an hour he had completed the install. Invoice was the amount quoted...happy customer will use again without a doubt.

I contacted my insurance company regarding a damaged windshield and they recommend Novus. Since I haven't used my insurance for any claims I wasn't sure what to expect and even called another glass repair shop to get a comparison. Even with the potential of a reduction in the deductible I felt that the difference between the number of hours required by the other shop - 5 hours for them verses 2 for Novus - and the fact that Novus would be able to replace the windshield at my house instead of having to leave in across town for the 5 plus hours required convinced me to try Novus. I'm glad I did. They came to the house when advertised, completed the work in under the 2 hour estimate and did a great job.
